Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak
Mix: 1 lb. hamburger (or half & half ground pork & ground beef)
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
scant 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Shape into 4 burgers & fry.
Mix in a small saucepan:
1 cup (or so) beef broth
2 Tbsp. potato starch (or use whatever thickener you can have)
Cook until thick for gravy. Serve gravy over burgers
