My mom just alerted me that ads are appearing on my posts
that make it sound as though I make money by blogging.
I assure you, I make not a cent, nor do I see or approve the ads.
The only way to get rid of the ads
would be for me to pay for the privilege of blogging.
I apologize for ads that are inappropriate.
They do not reflect my values (as you could probably guess). A Holy Calling
The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony isn't just a done-day event. It's a lifestyle of self-giving love in imitation of Jesus' relationship with His Bride, the Church. These are some of the ways that we as Catholic spouses are trying to put the graces of this sacrament into practise.-

Another Bonkers Date
By this time, we were both worn to a frazzle. My prince handed me this card. Then he got out the game of Bonkers (with our couples’ cards, of course :)) and made a bowl of popcorn. It was … Continue reading
“‘Twas the Feast-Day of Christmas” Date
My prince had initially hoped to have this date on Christmas Eve, but put it off by a day–there was just too much to finish for Christmas. Christmas evening, he started off by handing me a note…which led to another … Continue reading
Our Lady of Guadalupe Date
Since RCIA resumed every week, we’ve generally reserved Mondays for working on presentations, but my prince got his done on Saturday, leaving Monday as an option for our date this week. Having been inspired by the creative ideas for celebrating … Continue reading

Fallen Arches & Memories Date
This week’s date night came in installments. My prince had a gift in mind for St. Nicholas’ day (Dec. 6th), but ran out of time for his clever presentation of it so he pulled it out for our date on … Continue reading

Paper Airplane Nostalgia
This was a very nostalgic date. A little over a week after our wedding, my prince ended up in the hospital for several days. He’d been diagnosed with hairy cell leukemia the day before our wedding–we left the rehearsal dinner … Continue reading

Personality Date
This was a rough week for a date. We’d already rescheduled due to the Thanksgiving schedule. Then, on Wednesday my prince got word that his dearest friend from high school (still the person he felt closest to, second to me, … Continue reading
