Brats Seasoning

Shape this into patties for the grill or make into meatballs

(for 1 lb. hamburger/ground pork or a mixture of both)
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. crushed rosemary
¾ tsp. ground coriander
¾ tsp. tsp. rubbed sage
¼ tsp. paprika
dash nutmeg
scant 1/8 tsp. cayenne
¼ or so cup water or apple juice
¼ tsp. dried minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic
dash black pepper
1½ tsp. cider vinegar
